What do you look for in candidates?

We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate the behaviours and attitudes you need to succeed as a developer rather than focusing on where you went to Uni or what your other grades you have. We look for people from any and all backgrounds who show the ability to think like a programmer - deconstructing problems, recognising patterns, and the ability to use hypothesis-driven thinking to solve complex problems.

We look for people who are comfortable in the unknown, people who are thoughtful and detail oriented, people who are methodical and people who have a genuine interest in learning - not just how to write code, but to write elegant, readable code.
